Location: Crest Hill Workshop

Part Time with more hours required during busy holiday season (Nov-Dec) - Flexible hours,largely weekdays (willing to work with the right candidate for best fit).

Duties:

• Manage/track orders through all stages of fulfillment; facilitate communication with customers & staff as needed; maintain status of online related inventory consistent with needs/listings.
• Assist with maintaining and updating online listings.
• Organize and pack holiday inventory as it is produced; outside heavy shipping periods, assist in various workshop duties that are a good fit (light craft production, receiving merchandise, etc.).

• Organizational sense - ability to prioritize and maintain work flow appropriately and efficiently.
• Ability to manage yourself while collaborating with others – work independently (with training)…take initiative…follow through…and be accountable.
• Detail orientation – ability to work quickly with attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort navigating tech/software required for shipping and our ecommerce platforms.

Location: Christkindl Market Chicago- Daley Plaza, Christkindl Market Aurora
Seasonal Part Time Position

We are looking for someone to work with us at the Chicago Christkindlmarket. Applicant must fill out a personalizing sheet when applying as you will be required to personalize ornaments real time at the market. Please note that this position will require someone who is able to keep up with a fast paced environment and ok with being outside. The booth will have a heater overhead but as this is an outdoor event with the front of the booth open it can get colder. At the Christkindlmarket we sell all of our premade ornaments which you will ring out and personalize for customers. Christkindlmarket runs from the week before Thanksgiving until December 24th.
