NAPERVILLE STORE SUPERVISOR
At SaraBoo Creek, we create retail happiness through our handcrafted personalized decor, ever-changing displays of thoughtful gifts, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a friend’s home than a typical retail store. We’re a small, creative family-run business that values authenticity, warmth, and treating both customers and team members with genuine care. We believe in developing meaningful relationships — not just making transactions.
We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead our Naperville location. In addition to engaging warmly with customers and building those real connections, this role includes overseeing daily store operations, supporting and guiding our team, maintaining displays, monitoring inventory, and pitching in across a variety of retail tasks.
Schedule & Commitment This position typically works best at 3–5 shifts per week (20–30+ daytime hours). We’re happy to work with the right person to find the best schedule that’s a win-win all the way around. That said, we do ask for some weekend availability (generally 1–2 shifts per month) and extra availability/flexibility during our busiest times, primarily the holiday season.
