Please keep in mind placement and type of snowman will vary depending on amount of letters in last name as well as the number of snowman selected. The two larger snowmen (one with hat, one without) are included - just order additional smaller snowmen needed to represent the family. You will let us know with/without hat next to the names in your personalization request. All other dimensional shapes are included in the base price.
