Shipping Information
All items are shipped from Plainfield, IL.
Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the product
If you want express shipping you must select it at the check-out.
Please note that while express shipping means it will ship faster once dropped off at the post office, personalized/custom signs still can take 1-2 weeks to complete in our workshop. We will try to prioritize your order, but depending on the time of year and amount of other orders- your item still may take some time.
SaraBoo Custom Cut Signs take approximately 1.5 weeks to complete
SaraBoo Originals take 2-3 business days to complete
If an item is 16” or larger please keep in mind that it can only be shipped by ground.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized/Customized Items
If an item is a personalized item it cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if you are unhappy or have any questions/concerns about your item please feel free to contact us.
Contact us if you would like to cancel an order.
If we have not started your order you may be issued a refund
If we have started your sign no credit will be issued
If an item is incorrect:
If the mistake was made by us, we will remake the item free of charge
If the mistake was made by the customer mistyping/selecting the wrong item we can try to see if we can fix the item- the item cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If new pieces need to be cut/added the customer will be charged for those items
If we cannot fix the item we will contact the customer to determine the best solution for them.
Standard Items
If you purchased an item that was standard with no custom options, you may return your item for a refund if it meets the following guidelines:
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date received.
It is in the same condition it was received
All clearance sales are final and have been written in the items description.
If an item needs to be shipped back to the store, you must pay shipping.
